Your responsibilities:

• Performing basic and treatment-related nursing activities considering the individual needs of patients
• Assisting patients in managing their daily lives and promoting their independence
• Carrying out documentation tasks and participating in nursing planning and evaluation
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and high-quality care
• Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions

Your profile:

• Completed training in nursing or as a geriatric nurse
• Initial professional experience in nursing is desirable but not mandatory
• High level of empathy, social competence, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
